Accessing HW content on ps4

I am haveing issues accseing HW content i put in the code into the psn redeem code comefermed it then i put in the disc and downloaded that then i loged in and conferimd everything even cheaked the mog store to see if it was on my account and it is but when i try to use it it wont let me sayis needs to be downloaded and registerd what can i do to get acces this content

You're not alone! There seems to be quite a few of us who purchased the bundle, but have existing ARR accounts and it will not register the Heavensward expansion despite showing in the mob station.

mine is the opposite issue. I insalled everything, followed instructions, I can log into the game, but in the mog station, I'm only listed as having heavensward for the PC.

I bought it from gamestop and i waited for the maint to download it grrr this is agrervating to say the least

It's maddening! I have spent the last several days motoring through all the storyline missions, FINALLY did it and now I'm locked out. All the excitement and anticipation killed!
