Accessing HW content on ps4

Deleting everything and reinstalling and downloading it all again did not work for me. And it took so long I slept in between. I am so glad this is being worked on I hope a solution is not far away.

It is a little bit irritating that this happened, but at least it's being worked on. Major hype killer though...

Huh. After restarting the game a few times now it's downloading something. Hopefully whatever it's downloading will fix the issue. Only time will tell considering the download is 2-3 hours long.

People get EXP still, however we cannot do anything else.
People who did EA can still play, those who didn't cannot play.

If I'm missing anything then please do add upon it.

This seems to be it - I had no early access either. It sounds like we are needing additional download data? Which used to be in the related items as an add on but no longer is. MAYBE.

I'm having this problem too on PS4.

I've checked Mog Station and my copy of Heavensward is registered. Unable to start Coming to Ishgard quest as it says "Heavensward installed and registered". Bizarre as the level cap has disappeared.

edit: and I didn't have early access!

yup they said the samething they have no fix as of the moment and will let us all know when they do - i finally got a hold of someone on the phone and they said all their calls have been about this problem today

It's downloading some big update for me now, the expansion no doubt. I never stopped loving you Squeenix! :3
