Accessing HW content on ps4

Hello.......I have the exact same problem.

Mogstation lists me as having added heavensward to my account just fine, but when I enter the game, the title screen is unchanged. (exactly the same as 2.55, NOT heavensward's title screen)

Furthermore, when I check Aliphaud out, I get the following text:

"quest not available
heavensward installed and registered"

Currently trying to reinstall it. Let us hope for the best.

What a sad turn of events......

Also, I tried to find the "my add-ons" page, but I too only get screenshots.

It seems as though it affects those who didn't have Early Access, those with it are perfectly fine. Though I could be wrong.

I just got the expan. from gamestop and can't access the Au Ra race but when I log on to my character I can gain exp but I can't even change that characters race to Au Ra even though I paid to change it. Anyone else unable to access this portion? When I installed it the disc reads as a PS4 format disc which it after it installed says its fully installed.

Right.
People get EXP still, however we cannot do anything else.
People who did EA can still play, those who didn't cannot play.

If I'm missing anything then please do add upon it.

I got early access but it didn't let me get to HW content. Thought it will get fixed on actual release date, and I still can't get the quest to get to Ishgard... >__> I'm in PS3 though.

Add me to the list who bought the bundle today for ps4 and can get exp but not do the quest. Are we getting anymore updates?

Today is the actual release date though, this has been the release date since they announced it pretty much.
