The tooltip isn't updated. It stated in the patch notes that they were changing parameters on the move. Nothing else has changed except removal of the deadzone so it's just out of date. SE is terrible about updating tooltips.
Anybody know of some good applications for Form Shift outside of being able to start a fight with Dragon Kick useable? I just unlocked it a second ago, and I'm having problems thinking of its usefulness other than starting with DK's effect active (though the need for sleep may be helping with that).

Is GL's timer starting on skill activation throwing anyone else off? Feels like we have such a narrow window to 123 in now I can barely fit ToD in. I didn't see anything about it in notes, is this intended? Really hoping it goes back to the old timer start on animation completion :/

Ouch. Just tried it. Even if my preferred L50 opener is possible, it sure isn't practical.
I would think it could be useful to push forms while you are handling mechanics. For example, if you are in opo opo and had to move away from the boss. Leading with a Demolish would be WAY better. Greased too good.
Thank you, I was about to post something about that either here or reddit, but now I'm glad someone else has mentioned it, because I may have just been crazy.
It's throwing off my old opening rotation (PB > Demo > Snap > Snap > DK > TwinS > ToD > Bootshine > TrueS > Demo), because the GL is applying earlier, making it fall off right before that last demolish is made available. Maybe more skill speed can compensate for that, but for now it's time to learn what the new opening/rotation will be.
I think its being suggested so we can apply the debuff on all our moves but I think DM is better imo since u start out with GL1. Dammit can someone hit 60 already so we can start the testing for an opening lol
