Because a thread complaining about positionals is of any value without first seeing first hand how it will actually work out in Heavansward is of ANY value....
Or yourself quoting others to complain on their comments is helpful how?
Anyhow you feel the need to continue to quote and comment, clearly have nothing better to do

I can promise you the worries people have and the few conversations people have had in this thread are 300 times more useful then GG GET GUD post you made. Hell even the main NINJA SUPERTHREAD on the dps forums gets people like you and monks from the monk reborn thread jumping in and insulting people in there and its not called RIP NINJA.

Unlike Dragoon and Black Mage they haven't said "These will be locked behind another ability", which I can only take as a good thing.

I mean, in the video they go; Huton > Spinning Edge > Mug > Shadow Fang > Huton refresh ability? > New action comboing off Shadow Fang? > Jugulate > New skill.

If Shadow Fang is now part of a four piece combo... Well, I'll take having a positional requirement over having to wait for Blood of the Dragons recast, which is Dragoons glorious new shiny mechanic...
We probably won't be getting a four piece combo it wil probably work like something else but since none of the media looked at much about ninja we really don't have any info from them and we barely got anything from the live letter itself. The Huton refresher really is just a band aid fix for mudra lag though so its kinda meh when you think about it in the grand scheme of things.

They seemed quite deliberate in their execution of the skills, weaving abilities with GCDs. I suspect they're not part of a four piece combo though, since the benchmark showed the second new skill coming off Mutilate IIRC.

Either way though, two new abilities in our rotation which aren't locked behind some gimmick. There's perhaps a case to be annoyed at the homogenizing of Jobs here, seeing as they're effectively getting our Hide/Sution SATA mechanic and we're getting their positional mechanic, but that's it. The return for having positional requirements is (at least) two extra, gimmick free, DPS skills in our rotation.

Well, as someone who hasn't had too much issue with lag (Mudra lag is just this games crappy latency being more noticeable) I only really see it as a boon. Perhaps one day they'll sort out their networking and everyone can have an easy time with Mudra, then this skill isn't a "band aid fix" but a significant buff.

Ninja was a job that was added later on, and at first glance it looks like there is no significant change to the basics of their battle capabilities. On the attack side of things, there will be a new third part of the combo from Spinning Edge and Gust Slash. The weapon skill that serves as the third stage of the new combo will also have a combo additional effect to prolong the effect duration of Huton. Previously, ninjutsu would often be used to recast Huton, so because this makes room for other ninjutsu, there could be a major change with the ability to use more than one ninjutsu.

You'll have to look over your rotation completely since you'll also need to continue to maintain the two DoTs and skills which weaken enemies. Additionally, there will also be an action allows a single weapon skill to hit three times, so by pairing this with abilities which increase damage for an effect duration it should become possible to put out some impressive DPS.

Two of the new actions will be support abilities. One ability will allow the ninja to pass on the majority of their accumulated enmity to a party member. It was a common sight to have Shukuchi pull hate instead of a tank at the start of a fight, so this might be something you can utilize instead of intentionally stopping DPS to allow the tank to get control of enmity. There will be another action which has the effect of reducing the target's enmity. It can be used on other party members, so it might be quite useful.

With the new three stage combo and the other added support functions, it seems like Ninja will be a bit more tricky to play as a DPS and will also need to more consciously cooperate with its party to have the greatest impact.
So the Huton extending skill is actually part of a combo = Huton wont really ever drop off = great.

Making an attack hit three times though? Holy crap that is awesome. Wonder what the cooldown will be... Blood for Blood + Trick Attack + Aeolian Edge just got more fun.
