I'm just gonna copypaste something I said in response to someone else about this already. I'm sure it's been said, but it apparently NEEDS to be said, so here goes:

"Honestly, it's a huge overreaction.

What was said was that because there wasn't much the Ninja really needed, they instead took note that people were mainly using ninjutsu for keeping up their Huton buff (which ironically, IS something very useful for maxing DPS as a Ninja). So THROUGH positional attack options, they're allowing people to extend Huton.

Nothing said Ninja rotations are going to demand positionals now, AND, if you simply want to stick to the rotations that currently exist and continue to use mudra casts for Huton, you can do that. They're simply allowing another option, keyword: Option.

So the choices are: Adapt and learn more about the Ninja job as you level it, stick to what you know and ultimately underperform overall, or choose a different job. The last choice is fine too, but if they later decide to make a change to that, what then?"
