People are simply scared from the hard endgame raids due to the community. I have yet to clear T6-13. (T7 is already cleared)
But honestly I want to do this raid for the story and the cutscenes.

But seeing Party Finders with messages like "Know your shit or gtfo!" makes me very hesitant to join one or create one. I cleared T1-5 with party finder but back then people would give me death stares for watching the cutscenes in the dungeon... So yeah, community is what is chasing people away from endgame content.

You guys say that but think about it for a second. If the small portion of the population creates PF that turns way people like you, on their side or otherwise, there must be a lot of you running around. How come you guys aren't forming up? This isn't like the real world where a corporation turns away 100 applicants and the 100 applicant can just turn around form their own because they'd need capital. All you need in this game is time. You can't be telling me a server with a population in the thousands and people interested in the content in the hundreds somehow their available timeslots could not find at least more than 8 people with agreeable time slots?

FYI, my t9 and fcob team, 4 of them cleared t5 a few weeks before we pushed them into t9 and iirc, of the 4, 2 reached level 50 for the first time a couple weeks before the t5 clear. It was tough trying to learn and down t9 before echo kicks in (1 month left at the time) while some members have much less experience with their class than they should but we did it (t9 and fcob clear before echo). We did try to recruit people with experience before what I described happened, to replace the people that bailed on us for irl reasons (one didnt tell us they're moving countries with a completely different time zone, one said they're moving home but didnt contact us after two weeks so the others just left) but we eventually gave up and just decided to train the new comers in our fc.

While the circumstances forced our hand to aim 'low' the fact is that it still happened. I can't promise coil practice runs to any passerby I see like I'm picking up stray cats since I don't speak for my very small fc, I'm pretty sure there are other groups that recruit people with no prior experience.
