Yes, another person may not want to work around your schedule, but you can always be that static leader and make it happen. If you can't do it for yourself, you can't blame others for not doing it for you. The real problem here is the lack of drive to make it happen, not work or family or any other excuse you can dream up.

And as its been said multiple times, you have full power to do something about it. Make learning parties yourself starting from phase one of whatever fight you're on. Don't make the expectation that things are going to go perfect and smooth right off the bat. As you get comfortable move on to the next phase, etc. Do some research phase by phase, set the initial bar for others to have done the same research as you (unless you want to try blind runs in pugs?).

You will only be rewarded for as much effort as you try to put through. If you really want to clear this content, that is. It'll take a bloody long time but that's the nature of the content. This will be addressed come heavensward with the normal mode and hard mode alexander. Who knows, maybe they'll nerf FCoB to the ground beyond echo to make it accessible as well?

If you can't stomach the occasional genuine asshole, or that there's a select few that were rude to you and now you don't even want to try the content then I don't know what more can be added.
