How about this: we(people who raids) have our content. You(people who doesn't raid) have your own. Don't whine about our content and we won't whine about yours . Leave ours alone and we will leave yours alone. Stop asking SE to make our content easier and we won't even think twice asking se to make your content harder! I think that's a fair deal

Raiding is not for everyone...there's crafting....gathering....leveling other classes....rping...relic weapons....you know! This game offers a variety of content for the raid inept people
I think you miss the point on what a lot of people are trying to say and instead you sound like one of those "Toxic Elitist" in which people are referencing. An Elitist isn't defined by someone who has cleared all the hardest content in the game, that is an achiever, an elitist is a person who thinks they are better than their fellow peers because they have cleared said hardest content--which is basically what you are saying. Furthermore, I don't think you quite understand that people who want to raid cannot because of a massive divide between players who have completed it and players who have not but want to. Just because a player is new to the content doesn't mean they will suck, just because they don't have a static (some people work 60+ hours and week and cannot commit to a static) doesn't mean they suck, however, these "toxic elites" who set up PF chat logs with things like "T13 clear party So DONT JOIN if u cant make it to p4 consistently, THIS IS A CLEAR party for crying out loud!" or "T11 CLEAR! NOOBS BE KICKED!" or "T13 Know the fight, you die you get booted experienced players only"--I could go on. But if you were a new player and you saw those, would you not be discouraged to playing the game?

The players are their own worst enemy in this case, elitists and new people a like. Those types of players like mentioned above are only causing a broader rift between themselves and others, and well you know what happens in a market with lots of other options? That's right, the new players won't stick around. Now you might be saying "Altrage, that's fine we have 4million people playing right now, we all good!" But my answer would be "For now." What happens 7 years down the road when the game is still stagnant at 4million players? Content slows down...quality begins to drop as developers are placed elsewhere to try and make new more profitable things...etc...etc... OR they end up doing something like in FFXI called Abyssea. That game became way too elitist and it forced them to make face-roll content (abyssea) for everyone to enjoy in order to retain and gain new players, which it worked as they went from 200k subs to 300k-400k subs.

So long story short, you gonna reap what you sow, one way or another. So personal suggestion, start treating each other with an ounce of respect, and offer to help new players; while you might not like it as much in the long run its gonna save your game.
