So, highest non-crafted I was able to come up with so far is this @ +491.853 (my Zeta). DW Daggers scored +487.1. I've tested 4, 11, and 30(balanced) accuracy on Zeta, as well as Det/Crit, and all came up somewhere between these two.

Looks good except for the Skill Speed. Firana mentioned in his recent dummy parse that 400 Skill Speed is the absolute minimum required to allow for 1 more weapon skill within the Trick Attack window. Can someone confirm?

Haven't heard anything on that. Though, now that you mention it, it's been pretty tight fitting that last AE into TA with 395 SS...

Yea that's also the reason he has adjusted his opener in favor of Fuma Shuriken instead of Raiton so as to not clip that GCD allowing the AE to land with TA and XPot still up. I'm still experimenting with it but it does indeed seem to work.

Also i'm not sure if this was posted here or what the actually NIN record is currently but FoldaSaurus Rex posted a 640 about a month ago if anyone is interested in watching it. He has also since changes his opener in favor of Fuma so it could potentially be higher.

This new Fuma opener seems to be credited by many from Solitude's recent NIN Guide found here.

This entirely depends on your latency. You may not need 400 SS and be able to slot in 1 more weapon skill if your latency is low enough to compensate for the missing SS.
