The thing about dummy parses is that the actual challenge of a DPS class is getting your stuff right when in an actual fight and dealing with mechanics. This is especially important for Dragoons, since, let's face it, the rotation is easy and getting it right on a dummy is just as easy. We should discuss FCoB parses instead

have blue orbs, tethers, forked lightning, bluefire, ES, p4 mega, to hold dps, etc.

Currently between about 522-535 on a dummy with this gear (Coil hates me and doesn't drop Dreadwyrm DRG gear):

Tetsuya, if you read this, could you try:

HP IDC TTT
HP TTT IDC
HP TTT TTT

And report back your parsed dps and if there's an increase/decrease? don't need video or anything.

EDIT: This include anyone who has, or nearly has "Non-crafted BiS" with nearly 0 skillspeed.
