that is cause no one goes on forums, most people will just quit or not play a game not spend time on forums. i wouldn't be suprised that every dev and person involved with making ffxiv has a account here and is posting lol, and that leaves almost no real players giving real input. this game will go in the direction they want no matter how we ask or how many people want it if you ask me. this game tricked us into buying it, in reality most people don't use forums, they buy a game and they play it never using a pc for any part of it outside maybe info's for quests an whatever. they aren't getting the opinions of alot of players that matter, they get them from those with to many opinions or have a different agenda then most people in the world. like i said most will take the game or leave it, and the devs are sitting up there thinking in the same way a gw dev is ..when he said to his devs so what, we'll make a mmo how we want and the people will like it.
but lol that is a bit off topic so anywho, down with the anima system.

You're saying that the opinions that really matter are those of people who aren't involved enough in the game to even check out it's community forums?that is cause no one goes on forums, most people will just quit or not play a game not spend time on forums. i wouldn't be suprised that every dev and person involved with making ffxiv has a account here and is posting lol, and that leaves almost no real players giving real input. this game will go in the direction they want no matter how we ask or how many people want it if you ask me. this game tricked us into buying it, in reality most people don't use forums, they buy a game and they play it never using a pc for any part of it outside maybe info's for quests an whatever. they aren't getting the opinions of alot of players that matter, they get them from those with to many opinions or have a different agenda then most people in the world. like i said most will take the game or leave it, and the devs are sitting up there thinking in the same way a gw dev is ..when he said to his devs so what, we'll make a mmo how we want and the people will like it.

I have to disagree, idk who decided that for a game to be successful it has to be on the tips of everyones' tongues even if they never played it, but it does absolutely nothing to enhance the personal enjoyment of those who actually play. SE should be responding to it's player base not a handful of yahoos claiming to have inside knowledge on the mmo market.
Anima actually regenerates rather quickly especially if your the kind of person who only logs in once a week. If you have 0 anima you will be full again in 16 and two-thirds of a day. you will be able to teleport 3-6 times after three days. And soon you'll have specific home points that regardless of what you have to do that day in game will still be the same home point for a 0 anima return cost.
If i can't teleport somewhere and i don't have time to do something otherwise i simply won't do it continue on with my schedules real life and come back and do it when i have some time or anima. Which has literally happened twice in 10 months, and that's being a full-time student (no work) so i have things to do but not so much that i dont have time to spend anima, believe me i do.
I really thing you guys are making a mountain out of a mole hill.
