New Race Announced! The Au Ra

Dravanians are basically dragons (the ones we see around Steel Vigil, Stone Vigil, Savara, etc.) who can glamour themselves to look like Hyurs or whatever other race they want. If Au Ra are, in fact, Elezen + Dravanian mix race, they could be taking the form of what is most appealing for each sex (male = muscular, female = petite).

But aren't Au Ra from Doma? Is Doma in Dravania (North-West from current content)? I thought it was from the East in or beyond Ilsabard? Meracydia (another dragon-related location) is in the South, so it is probably not that either.
