    This is still the case for WHMs as well.
    Because you know, apparently being immobile for 5.7sec for a SS2 is waaaaay too long.

    Since the patch is live, i ended up manually SSing everyone more than i got to cast a full SS2.

    The relic drops rush isnt really helping either.
