Okay, let me break things down for you.
- SE placed optional vanity items behind cash shop.
- Players unhappy because they deem those items as personal achievement ("omg, I must have that but I am unwilling to pay more").
- Proceed to flood General Discussion forum with many QQ threads.
- General Discussion reduced to a complain/protest subforum rather than a discussion forum (people demanding answers from Devs).
