The armory system is a problem only for the ones that hate any kind of innovation.




Merit is ONE of the ways to give advantage per time. No one says it's the only one that works.
Also, completely made up figures with no practical reflection on reality don't make for actual arguments. Let alone "ridiculous".

I'm working on it. And no, it doesn't look impossible at all. I don't lack any necessary tool to the task.
