    the problem is that if she jump when I have 3 seconds left of GL before it expires, I am gonna lose it no matter how fast I smash buttons =/

    This is what drives me crazy.

    Even during thermomic beam I sometimes loose it but that is a rare chance.

    As for P3+ I have no idea since we do not get past P2 just yet.

    Then you're doing something wrong if you drop GL there. Generally when she goes up I just refreshed GL, every time. You might be missing a few GCD's here and there.

    Don't stack for beam, tackle to Nael -> Punch her once ( for me its ALWAYS Twin Snakes right here ) -> Dodge Chariot -> run back in and punch her again (usually snap punch) -> Run to MT to meet Nael as she dashes back over. Never dropped GL here, and doing this ensures you never lose it.

    If you get the mark, do the same, but you can either:
    A: Eat the Chariot and Second Wind when she knocks you into the group
    B: Do the same thing as listed above, but run through the group and pause a moment. (This one is hard to pull off, however)

    As I said I rarely drop it there, but thanks for your tips. I usually do the other way around: wait for chariot -> punch her twice -> tackle back to position for third hit and GL refresh.

    I loose it more often when she performs meteor stream (even the single one).

    Losing GL3 on the first jump should be something that happens extremely rarely. Are you staying in until you can't hit anymore? A mistake many people make is backing out when they see the Meteor Stream icons above their heads. When that happens you can still get 1 or 2 attacks off which should allow you to keep GL3.

    With Thermonic Beam as soon as you jumps to someone you need to be running that way. If they are close enough you can run in and hit Nael once, and back out so you don't get hit by Chariot. If you don't have enough time you can just either run in and still get one hit and eat the Chariot, or wait until right when she does it and you should be able to get an attack or two off. Then when she's about to jump to the tank again you need to be mashing Shoulder Tackle.

    Only other thing i can think of is tod. You cant use it in the rotation before she jumps unless you can finish the rotation and refresh GL.
    If you do refresh and then she jumps for meteor stream then the same thing applies when she returns. You only have so much time to hit your 3 attacks and refresh.

    Thank you very much guys I really appreciate your tips =)

    @Ricdeau: I stay longer than stardust before the meteor stream, but I think not longer enough. I'll try to keep attacking until she disappears next time.... maybe asking offtank to move out earlier.... running with an offtank probably makes me move earlier to avoid 2 streams stacked. As for Thermomic Beam, doesn't it heal Nael if I get hit? anyway I'll try your suggestions.

    @alsims2007: yeah probably my DoTs (Fracture and ToD) mess me up. Will try to avoid them.

    You should never lose GL on thermiotic either. Watch nael, she turns to target the person she will jumps to. That's your cue to spam shoulder tackle, get in 1 gcd, get out of iron chariot then:
    A: with thermiotic mark. stack with party and watch for nael to turn around. That's your cue that you can move back to the Mt. The location is set so move, why wait
    B: without thermiotic mark; watch iron chariot cast bar and run back in when possible. Do a gcd and I personally do a queued up 2nd gcd as I run back to MT to meet nael there. and by queued up I mean I hit the skill at 80% before it's ready and then move out of range as the attack still connects. I have about a 90% success rate with that. Occasionally I'll hit the skill or move away a half second too soon.

    Lunar dynamo heals nael which does occur during the first meteor stream. Good news the safe zonr is slightly wider than it looks and who is hit seems to be determined about 70% into the cast. After that you can run to a safe spot for meteor as lunar dynamo goes out but not take damage or heal Nael. (dont take my word on the cast bar %. It might be 80%)

    How low is too low skill speed for monks?

    Not sure if I'm just being paranoid, but at i117 I'm at 521 Acc, Crit 430, Det 391, Skill Speed 381. I can still do my opener, but with added potion it's cutting it very fine.
