The requirements were a bit high, a tank with full 110 on the left side and pentamelded ruby accessories on the right side will not meet the minimum requirements for T9.
With the nerfs the hardest part of each turn will probably be getting through the trash.

I'd just switch when in instance haha, it's dumb that even SE thinks that higher ilevel is always better for tanks.
Call me crazy, but I don't see the problem with allowing people to catch up on content that's 9 months old. The hardcore raiders have had that long to learn the mechanics for them, sell their turns, show off their high allagans, and now have the chance to move on to the more demanding raid content.
As with anything, it's going to be outdated and people are going to have to move on. I'm sure there are plenty of casuals out there, like me, who would like to experience and clear as much of this game's content as possible at some point. Just because you have access to a regular static group and the time to be able to put into dedicated weekly farming, doesn't mean everyone else necessarily has had that same luxury. I really wish some people would get over their sense of self entitlement with this game and it's offerings to *every*one who pays their sub.
I'm happy that this will let some people actually clear, and experience (sort of) content further along in the raid tier and such. That's nice, it really is, and I understand why SE would do that, but I'm still sad that I won't be able to experience the content's mechanics, the real heart of the encounter, as it originally was ever again. I just missed out on experiencing some of the content.Call me crazy, but I don't see the problem with allowing people to catch up on content that's 9 months old. And, not that I'm specifically referring to you here, can we stop with the whole "anyone that's not happy about the nerf has obviously completed t1-13 and is a super elitist snob that hates and looks down upon all of us downtrodden and unfortunate casuals!"?
Like anything else technology related, XIV will be a moving target.
I try my best not to classify people. It's frustrating when you see people (and this thread is an obvious example) who get upset when other players are now clearing content they did 9 months ago just to be able to clear it and move on in a game that we are all paying for. We aren't getting any better gear or benefit from it other than the fact to simply be able to move on, and I fail to see what is so wrong with that. ...and someone's statement about pugging this content with casuals...wow. Just wow. See why it's easy for me to classify people? You wouldn't be pugging this content anyways, and if you eliminated most of the player base you wouldn't even have a game to able to pug on, would you? :/

no on here is upset (apart from being branded an elitest jerk) MOST of the people some of which still haven't cleared enjoyed the challenge that SCoB gaveLike anything else technology related, XIV will be a moving target.

What thread have you been reading, there are more likes for posts praising nerfs, and more posts in general praising nerfs...
