Those nerfs are even worse than first coil. Turn 7 was amazing and unique. Now it would be a complete joke and snooze fest. Good job SE, you continue to prove your incompetence with raids!

T7 was already a huge pain in the ass to do each week. If there was any incompetence in designing a raid, it was making mechanics so tedious on that turn.

If players can't clear SCoB they won't clear FCoB anyways, why move players into content they have no business being in? If someone can't clear Titan Hard Mode would you throw them into Titan EX? These changes just kick the can down the road and ensure more content will be nerfed because the players who will clear due to changes like this aren't able to clear the previous (easier, even before nerf) content anyways - so what chance will they have in even harder content?

Bitching and moaning didn't get content nerfed. Time and newer content got it nerfed.

Is ff14 so full of elitists that they have to care old content they have farmed for months got nerfed? I've played so many MMOs and this is the first I've seen people actually get so mad old content got nerfed.

I understand the more hardcore players who have the time to spend doing these end game events wanting a challenge. I would agree maybe the Savage Mode needs to come out along with a "normal" mode, give it the regular echo boost with the toned down damage of the mechanics and normal drop rate. I don't think there needs to be a 3rd story mode that's 3 ways for people to try to get content done. If they make a normal mode with a drop or two then both the normal and the story mode players can go in together and have those fights not just be for gear and story but also preparation for the "savage" if they choose to.

I personally haven't done anymore SCoB because it's very difficult to do it without a static sometimes. People quit, some lie and say they know..some just don't perform up to par they need to..it would become a night of wasted time and someone like me who doesn't have a lot of time I do what I can.

Give those who do Savage though, I believe they deserve something such as an extra chest / glamour / a title..something but nothing that's so major and game breaking because in the end those people are there for the challenge.
