    I'm about the same. I have an alt character who I'm leveling as Ninja right now, so I have to get dungeons done for story progress. Even so, after 60-75 minutes, I usually withdraw from the queue and play my main, if not just logout in disgust. I can only entertain myself so long grinding Leves and FATEs without even the use of my Chocobo companion. I don't know how new players are expected to get anything done at all.

    And there's no easy fix either - the addition of ROG/NIN hasn't helped the problem, but that issue has been with the game since the start.
    It's been a problem for the genre, since before FFXIV was even a twinkle in Square Enix's eye. Even in games where basic parties are made of 5 players (1 Tank, 1 Healer, 3 DPS), damage dealers already had a horrible time getting into a dungeon. SE's decision to make "light parties" of 4 that require only 2 damage dealers seems like utter foolishness, to me. Personally, I think they should consider reconfiguring at least pre-50 dungeons so that they require 3 damage dealers. Even that may not be a miracle solution, but it would help a lot.

    Yeah, but they are still just offering company seals. Who wants that? I'm nowhere near "hardcore," and even I have hit my max company seals amount and have nothing I want to buy.

    I would suggest that the "Adventurer in Need" bonus give some sort of "Mystery Box" with a randomized reward in it. You get it at the end of the dungeon, and when you open it you have a chance of receiving any combination of:
    * Gil
    * Company Seals
    * Tomestones
    * Exclusive Minions or Mounts
    * Titles
    * Materia
    * Random Level-Appropriate Gear or Class-Appropriate Food, including exclusive skins

    And any commendations received during that dungeon increases your odds at better rewards. Obviously SE can work out the nitty-gritty details themselves, but anything in addition to just GC seals would probably make queuing more enticing for Tanks/Healers.
