I'm amused at how you can quote ANOTHER poster's post and make the sweeping broad generalization that they are a shameless clear seller:
which you quoted with:
and used THIS quote (by a completely different player):
...to say they are a shameless clear seller. Congratulations /clap.
You clearly just did.
Admittedly, you are the expert of broadly sweeping over generalizations.
Like how early pullers in hunts are all fiendish trolls and every single early pull was "loud obnoxious selfish folks who come here in an attempt to justify and rationalize their bad behavior".
Or how all withdrawals from the DF are "DF abusers trying to fish for god knows what"
*Coughs* I can do that to you know. You know, picking and choosing specific lines to suit your own "argument" (or lack thereof).

To quote yourself, instead of being a stubborn mule all the time, empathize with BOTH sides of the equation.
-Trolls will be trolls, you can ignore them - just filter correctly for them
-Legitimate concerns need to be raised (and yes, I do agree with the overall scheme of things that it IS difficult to get into a static if you are a capable player)
-Stop broadly generalizing all of the "other side" as the same coin. This isn't a black and white argument, there are two points and every single possible shade of grey in between.
On the topic of being inclusive, I am inclusive. I took my new BRD and a temp replacement healer through T9 the other day. We went from P2 progression all the way to 1% of Nael (FML, lol) within a span of two and a half hours. What we did? I interviewed and filtered the people quickly and they were referred to me by a friend of mine who knew they could use this clear. If you want to get into a static, get yourself known and show that you are what the group wants. I personally can be on Gilgamesh, Sargantas, Balmung, or Hyperion and be part of a capable raid group if I wanted to be. I'm sure others can as well because of the network we developed.
I reiterate again - perseverance and do not give up.
