no it dosnt revovle around me nor does it revovle around your progress world so shouldnt be a punishment period the only diffrences is u complain that its holding up your progress well then dont PROGRESS USING THE DUTY FINDER THATS WHAT THE PARTY FINDER IS FOR

Still not getting the part where it's defensible to ignore or deny queue confirmation windows 3 times in a day without penalty to discourage abuse.

You do understand that the vast majority of players who see this penalty will be those who grief the queues; the rest of them will either be the unluckiest people imaginable, physically ill, or unbelievably flaky.
