I've have seen farm parties fall apart. I've seen the drama you've talked about. The thing is people don't need drama, just simply vote abandon and get someone else. If you are on the PF, you are begging for help. The help comes in many forms and sometimes they are overinflated egos and sometimes they think they are ready or better than they really are. If you look in this thread or any other thread, you'll see that I've never advocated that people lie or deceive. I always tell new people to say they are new. And on the flip side experience players should be more accepting, that is only fair.
Parties are not exclusionary, they are inclusive by nature that is why have multiple players coming together to form parties. I do NOT approve of measures that are directly target at excluding people and creating division in the player base. The reality is that people are not all "“we are all a happy, happy family", but that does not mean we should not try, but it definitely means that tools that exclude people and further divide people should NOT be implemented.
If you want to be able to farm consistently, you need to have tryouts so you can build you static. Then you can farm without worry. You can't expect the system to magically hand you all the good players. The fact of the matter is there not enough people that have gotten that far and are that experienced. You have no trouble asking for brayflox hm farm party now, but nobody cares about that now. The root of the problem is there is just not enough people, yet you seek to divide people more.
The "clearance condition" would get you players that bought their clears that still have no skill or experience and they will wipe the party. And the collateral damage is that it will promote clear sells and funnel people to RMT as well as divide up the community, not to mention terrible PR for SE, because it is basically "no newbies wanted". The harm it will do will far outweigh any benefit that you think you can get. The "quick and easy" is often a trap, just like farm PFs being put up, and it baits the people that wants "quick and easy" and end up with the mess you are in.

darn it out of posts again.
The party finder is a match making tool. The criteria is just a flags you set to communicate to the rest of the world/server what you like to get. It is like pick-up basket ball. You want a center, a guard and forward. You are not looking to exclude people, you looking for people to fill those roles. You are reading into the term "criteria" more than there is and interpreting it the way you like. And SE does not let you set a "no newbie wanted", which is a good thing.
The people throw the farm party up on the PF are being lazy wish for good players to magically show up. And people joining those to leech a kill are being lazy too. Guess what? Lazy deserve lazy, and you get the mess you get. Put up farm tryout parties looking to recruit for static to farm and you will get a very different response. You will have set the correct expectation, people wiping will know why they don't make the cut.

You deliberately putting word in my mouth that I did not say. Housing content does not exclude from anyone. Join a FC and you get access to housing. If you want a personal room, you can get one, be part of FC. FCs are tools to bringing people together. As for personal house, it is like vanity, you have to earn it. Just like clears to endgame raids. And I never said that experienced player need to get me my clear, much less on my whim ever. I've never advocated the "quick and easy" as the solution to any real problem involving people. My position is that experienced player should not be looking for tools to deliberately exclude newbies.
