    People source something they heard/read and stated as fact? Nah Wai! :/

    I was really hoping the gun class would be a healer and/or tank. With the seeming displeasure of the community at job splitting I dont see that happening. I can't find Yoshi saying there would only be two classes in the xpac one healer and one tank. He has said that there will be more classes added in the xpac a healer and tank among them.

    I would like to see a chemist healer like the one from tactics. Make strong potions and mixtures and throw them at your allies to heal them. The gun could be for damage and debuffs ala WHM earth and air spells and the "heal grenades" being tossed around healing and buffing. I would like to see it heal off tp and use med dex armor. One can dream. I don't actually expect this but yoshi said we wouldn't.

    I do not expect the class to be damage focused. For a class that has been lurking around from 1.0 being a dd or a dd with debuffs and buffs ala reverse bard/corsair seems to be too easy and the class would have been implemented already. Maybe a mid range, small cast time (got to load that blunderbuss), spike & aoe damage*SHRUG*?

    I linked a picture of the lominsa leader duel wielding in my previous post how ever she and the other npcs only carry a single pistol in game. The gun class guild icon shows crossed pistols but the marauder shows two crossed axes and gladiator two crossed swords. Seeing how nice the ninja animations are duel wield guns needs to be pretty flashy.

    What are you guys hoping to see out of the "gun class"? What kind of abilities and traits would you like to see?
