The problem with this statement is simple. I know quite a few people who finished their atma in 20 hrs or less. I know a lot of people who took 50+ hours to finish their atma I know zero people who finished anywhere near in the middle. some fc members are at 1500+ with 2+ atma weapons done and others are at 2000+ fates with 0 atmas done. If se had put a system into place that even had a chance of ever being balance this would be impossible(as math says)
