Like it was said before, that text was most likely referring to our current issues with the hunt and the radar app, their stance with parsers never changed and the rule against data-mining has always been there.

Just keep it to yourself and your 2nd coil static, unless you're a tryhard that keep parsers up even for dungeons or trials.
