Usually close to pulling off tanks using the "classic" rotation as it is, can't imagine what a more potent opener would do to them xD
The only way to change the rotation up, that I can think of at least, would be ignoring the first IDC, then catching up to apply before B4B wears off.

The most net potency you can gain from changing the rotation after FT is around 150, assuming we clip Phlebotomize, unless we're counting some coefficient from STR potions or IR I'm unaware of the value of.
