Teamwork is great and I'm happy that, for you, it's working. Unfortunately the concept of teamwork is lost on most people participating in the hunts on my server. Even people in the same linkshell have been zerging kills before their fellow members can get there. The system is not designed to really reward team work. If you wait for your team or linkshell to get there, chances are some other people will have weakened it sufficiently that your credit becomes a risk. The system itself should prevent this from happening, is my fundamental argument here and my primary dissatisfaction with hunts. It's not designed to be friendly for anyone when the number of participants surpasses a certain point.

But B,A and S ranks w/o bounty worked fine before the first hunt LSs appeared, if they die in no time it's just because the actual hunters are telling their LSs to go to pos X to get credit, or may be someone having trouble shout and the a bunch of LSs get there in no time.

The system is not designed to be played by the whole server, and we are the ones bringing the whole server to the system, like dungeons, coils and primals, the credit should go for the players working on it, not for random guy A who heard the pos in one of his LSs.
So you're saying in order to do this content I should join a hunt linkshell to find the exact locations as and when they spawn? Well, I suppose I could. The only drawnback is I have eight social linkshells that I regularly talk in and would have to leave friends to join strangers to get this done. Now, of course that is personal choice. I accept that. The system itself is the flaw, however, not my decision not to join a linkshell. I've camped with people from my linkshell today. Between us we had fifteen people running around various zones. There was only one occasion where all fifteen of us got credit on the same monster and that was an S Rank that annihilated most people who engaged it.

It just shouldn't work like this. If you think it should, let's agree to disagree. We have very differing principal opinions on this.
