Actually all 3 of those examples could result in a ban. The first two because of the anti-harassment clause of the Terms of Service. And the third one because it is fairly obvious that the person making the comment is using some form of 3rd Party Software to arrive at the cited number and thus is at fault for also violating the Terms of Service.
