At pull: Bio 2 -> Miasma -> Bio -> Fester -> Miasma II (Queue Contagion as you Miasma)-> Swiftcast -> Shadowflare -> Rouse -> Ruin II -> Spur -> Ruin II -> Fester -> Ruin II -> Enkindle -> Ruin -> Ruin -> Ruin II -> Fester -> Ruin II -> Aetherflow

Since Enkindle is so far down and Swiftcast as been used, it is a DPS lost to have Ifrit for Inferno.

isnt it better to place 3 main dots before using rs+int ? since you can use fester twice with both RS+int up, then reapply the dots again.
