*groan* Another gun jumper making assumptions. First I never played FFXI, I just know of the relationship of DRG and Wyvern. Second of all, have you seen the thread title, it states "not explicitly announced".

Even if that were the case (which it isn't because you ARE jumping the gun and using the OP to rile up people's FFXI nostalgia), that'd be very lore-breaking seeing what DRGs are in Hydaelin and what they stand for. I'd see the possibility of a wyrm defecting from the dravanian hordes to your side and acting as a mount. Even then I'd ask "why is the DRG not killing that dragon out of instinct, since that's kind of what they do and who they are".

Dragoons exist to kill dragons... so it makes no sense.

I am glad he did not say yes ^^;;; It would hurt me right in the Lore.
