What I mean can be applied to any role, it's just the tank is the one I came across the most which made it very hard for the party to progress.

This is not in any way, shape, or form new. As someone before has said, this style of game actually encourages anti-social behaviour.

Really, please, play dps or healer, something that doesn't have the responsability of being the party's head, learn your dungeon, and then go tank it.
I've helped new tanks who had never set foot in the dungeon and didn't know the strategy - it wasn't that hard. Anybody can explain mechanics and be the leader, it desn't have to fall on the tank at all costs.

I actually love explaning things to new tanks because as a whm I'm ignoring some mechanics that dps and tanks have to deal with - but this way I remember them all! It's quite fun. It's all a matter of communication.

Again, it's the case of people who don't take advice and talk or answer, and just run through clueless. Everyone can be the leader, but normally it's the tank who runs first and the other follow him,so normally he leads the party through a dungeon.

To a degree sure. The DF is an easy and convenient way to explore most of the content without needing to communicate. The solo story quests are solo.
Does this game force and encourage you to be anti-social? Not at all.
The 24 year olds living in their grandmas basement were already anti-social before they loaded up an MMO.

Ugh, those are the worst kind of people. You give them advice and they act like you just kicked their dog and start flaming you and your family.

I do tend to see people playing classes/roles in DFR that have zero clue on what to do more often. Oh the woes of getting tanks in Halatali who think Fast Blade -> Riot Blade is the way to go. They also tend to ignore pretty much everything I try to tell them, too.

Darkhold popped because of roulette, right? Roulette is for new players, it helps keep the older dungeons that need to be cleared in use. If the new player is a tank, just roll with it and try to be patient. And of course if the person is disrespectful and unwilling to learn, you can lose that patience, that's completely understandable.

But in my opinion, we should not expect new players to just level a class other than tank for everything when they want to play tank. That's unreasonable. Let them play as they like.
I have to agree with Bebekurenai in that if you really don't get your job you should be looking for a different one. That goes for real life too. Don't try to do something you clearly don't have the knack for. It makes others suffer and comes back to bite you in the A**.

You're only addressing part of my comment, which is that there are alternatives for communication that simply are hidden from interested parties. It's not really in Square Enix's purview to tell people about it so perhaps this is a failure on Sony's part. You'd be surprised how many people don't even know that this feature exists.

And I'm not saying I disagree with you. I'm saying there's options and people should take them if they're available.

Name calling aside, there will always be those kinds of people who will exist to ruin everyone's time regardless of the genre. That's where the blacklist helps.

Only thing I'm confused about is why you think this is new. This always happened. The ps4 version recently released so there is a fresher batch of new players hitting the servers, but we've always had these kinds of people. From day 1.
