Stuck at Navel Extreme for 2 weeks

I wish that beating the primals were one condition of getting the atma weapons. Id wager like 70% of the atma weapons we see now would be non-existent. It took me 30+- fail parties before I found a group (pre echo buff) that could kill it. Its amazing how many people can't get simple mechanics down like dodging. Titan ex is very predictable on how he moves and what he is doing which is why I can't understand why people fail. I get it if its your first couple tries doing it, but to consistently fail is kind of sad.

Please enlighten me how so? In a previous comment you mentioned that you still get hit by WoL so either two things are happening:
1) your internet connection is shit and should get that checked out
2) you're not paying attention to the mechanics and move too late. Even if you sprint if the position check still thinks that you're in WoL you will get hit.

Titan EX has very predictable moves and you can start pre-moving if you need to.

There are also tools out there that you can look into to increase your TCP/IP acknowledge responses which in essence should decrease your latency provided that is what the issue is and not your lack of paying attention.

I know other people are saying this but try getting a group together with your FC or from LS. I got lucky and did it in the DF and luckily the group I was in, we kept trying after about 20+ wipes. We kept dieing because people refuse to stack when he does the plumes and a lot of people kept dieing to landsides and bombs. Perseverance is key in that fight. Never give up and keep trying and eventually you will find a good group who is willing to keep trying.

IMO lag is the only road block.
Maybe people have never experienced poor repsonse time will never understand such "road block" is nothing about skill. ^^;

Just tried it again but it's impossible. WoL always hits me no matter how fast I run. I sprint farther than everybody else and I still get hit while people who move after a second get no damage. I am beyond frustration, there's not even a learning curve.

Yeah this definitely sounds like a latency problem, the server still thinks your in the WoL as your packets that give your new position are not reaching the server quickly enough so even if to you you are out of the aoe chances are your teammates see you still in it when it goes off before you update dead on the floor nearby. My main reasoning to is how you are seeing your teammates move a lot later than yourself and still escape the WoL despite you sprinting out.

While I am still to beat this myself, switching to a friends high end laptop and internet just for Titan EX has helped me greatly overall in dodging everything (its normally about 42ms on that) of course you still need to get a whole team that can dodge 95% of the time regardless of how you perform :/

I actually called my ISP and there was indeed a problem. I still haven't beaten it, but now I can dodge them!
