Stuck at Navel Extreme for 2 weeks

Just be prepared to be stuck at it for a LONG time, as I said it matters not how much practice and how good you can get everyone needs to have that level of practice as well.

It only takes one person ive found to bring a group down in the long run for PF, in this case a DRG that couldn't dodge AT ALL joined our Kill group kept dieing constantly and we coudnt win in the long run DPS was just two small for the jails after the first Superbomb to deal with the adds as i used LB on the first group of adds. Before he ragequitted off he just cursed at our group with the usual insults including outright saying he was wanting carried. As such get a LS or FC group and practice together and eventually you will get it.

Also good job fixing the lag problem, good luck! Of course im in a large FC but most of the ones that would normally help are in Levi EX, which I WANT to get to of course :/

Thank you My PF learning parties have been a disaster so far, but now that I've DF'ed a couple of times and saw that WoL are dodgeable, I'll try again. Garuda EX seemed impossible to me a month ago and yesterday I one-shotted it so hopefully it will be the same with Titan in the future.

If i rememebr right it was a complete oneshot for Garuda EX on my party (it was FC group) though i later found out on mumble that half where drunk 0_o Titan stopped me dead in the tracks though for the past 2.5weeks though with exams ive not been able to play much.

Of course I would help you myself but on different servers :/

I actually called my ISP and there was indeed a problem. I still haven't beaten it, but now I can dodge them!

I believe there is a post for people to post on who are having problems with their ISP. Some recognize FFIXV traffic as Peer to Peer and throttle the traffic which might be your issue. You could get WireShark to see how often you're sending packets to the server (would require some monitoring and configuration) and see how often packages are being dropped or sending a response back.

A couple solutions you can try is
1) Connect to a VPN network. This would mask the Peer to Peer traffic as normal traffic and not cause throttling. This has worked for some.
2) Search for latency fix. (I believe leatrix latency fix). This increases the number of times a tcp/ip ack is sent to the server.

Try these two methods to see if it might help your latency issue.

Just a thought, is it possible to switch servers just to get the participants to join then return back to the original servers?

Someone gave me some great advice, as being a DPS having to dodge plumes. Plumes/Landslide will begin proc'ing 3 seconds after the attack before it ends as demonstrated by this guide.



This advice has gotten me past the heart phase and into killing the adds. But at that point, with the groups I've been with, the tanks end up dying by then and everything goes to shit. Granted, I'm not even mad about it. I feel sorry for those who have to tank it. Eventually I'll have to do it myself, but I really likes them striking earrings. Do Want. 8D

Just tried it again but it's impossible. WoL always hits me no matter how fast I run. I sprint farther than everybody else and I still get hit while people who move after a second get no damage. I am beyond frustration, there's not even a learning curve.
