Make a party and practice it.
What mechanic are you guys or do you see people regularly falling to ?

If its damage, take 3 healers.
If its plumes and the gather up technique isnt working for the majority of the party, spread everyone out so you all eat one plume, not very good because you will need to deal with double plumes in phase 4 but I guess it will help you guys get used to the other mechanics.
if its dps, have the WHM dps, AOE heal on stomps and then dps more. It is easy for a SCH to solo heal titan ex, especially if a WHM is helping with stomps.

Are you LBing the adds, have a BLM do it so they can pop shields, which stop landslid

I definitely suggest making a LS with only a few people so you can practice it and get it down.

On my server (Gilgamesh) we did titan with 4 melee. It was super fun and those adds go down pretty quick.

Stuck at Titan Ex for 2 weeks?

I get to win garuda ex in one day, titan ex in 3 weeks and ifrit ex in one day,
only doing them in pf in 2.1
don't allow problematic player to stay on the group, you need a good group that's all.
I always want also a player with a mark to guide the bait of the landslide, because there is some way to bait them... be sure all the players will do the same bait. you should advoid plumes easy now, exept because of lag pick you should avoid it with some learn. the problem will be a little the adds, but also the bomb, them is pretty ranged :/.
when you have to move after landslide : keep in mind after the landslide is done you count 1 sec and you can already move even if the bomb in the area you want to reach din't exploded yet.
It's Easier now than it was in 2.1 but i see many players still stuck at it :/, even in T5

Took me like one month and a half to finish Titan EX and I did it with the duty finder, I tried with those party finder groups that says always , kill exp required or if you die once kick and those were the worst in the other hand the duty finder group did a great job nobody died and also no pressure healing after plumes. Levi and Ifrit took me just one day. But I dont hate the fight I actually love it the problem basically its to find a good group but you probably know that already.

I just hate when a single wipe "forces" tanks to just give up immediately.

I would love this too, unfortunately I doubt it will be the case. With all the complaining about Titan we probably won't be seeing similar fights, it sucks since I met most of my in-game friends while working on downing Titan.
