Please enlighten me how so? In a previous comment you mentioned that you still get hit by WoL so either two things are happening:
1) your internet connection is shit and should get that checked out
2) you're not paying attention to the mechanics and move too late. Even if you sprint if the position check still thinks that you're in WoL you will get hit.

Titan EX has very predictable moves and you can start pre-moving if you need to.

There are also tools out there that you can look into to increase your TCP/IP acknowledge responses which in essence should decrease your latency provided that is what the issue is and not your lack of paying attention.
