All the same, even just a less formal shout out, tweet, or some quick method to say something like:

"Echo buff isn't being increased due to number of players now progressing through the content."

They would have had to come to their conclusion before or even the day of. All they needed to do was share their decision then or even within the next few day after. Instead, silence. While I do appreciate that SE finally had him say something and even this most recent post, I still don't agree on the lack of communication.
