If they were 500K-700K, many more would sell. And even then, that may still be a little high, since you have the hidden melding cost to factor in as well (and if you have no intention of melding it...just go farm Coil)
I understand these crafters, on a server with less population, the mats/materia cost are high too. They refuse to lower the price and undercut each other because they haven't made their initial investment back.
