Don't forget the lock on selling price so it can't go below the vender's sell price.

I would do the same,just to annoy the 24/7 undercutter. I am still make enough Profit to buy a Big House. Continuous undercutting is the Problem... or the Greed of Humans.

My issue with the MB is when people sell it for way less than a vendor would pay. is frustrating going out gathering only to find everything you have gathered has crashed in price to less than vendor within the hour

I personally love this.

Buy for 20 Gil each, walk 4 steps to npc and sell for 40 Gil each.
There is no better way to make money

this is where I buy up all that and just sell it to vendor myself. instant profit

I don't see anything wrong with this picture. If something doesn't sell at a certain price range, no one wants to buy it. So you value it yourself not by law of market board averages.. If this were reddit "let the downvotes rain upon me" LOL.

people get so use to undercut that sometimes you see stuff at lower price than the selling price to NPC lol
