Feedback Regarding the Relic Upgrade Quest

I'm 5/12 so far over the past week and I've been playing pretty casually with RL stuff going on. I do consider myself fortunate there, though. The FATE grind is tedious and let's face it, a fair amount of people really don't care for them much, me being one of them. However, I welcome this sort of thing and I hope they implement similar things in the future...just a little bit better than they did. If I get bored I go do something else in-game or log off for awhile. I'm persistent though, as I farm whatever zone I'm in until I get my drop, just in reasonable doses.

New primal was fun thank you.
New hildibrand side quest was fun thank you.
New Coil was challange was fun thank you.
New storyline is cool.
Zodiac weapon quest first step. Atma....I don't mind grind 500 fate each zone. I don't mind if I has to beat each primal ex 100time. I don't mind if I has to camp odin/behemoth/something like that. I don't mind I has to clear T6-T9 20time. But I do mind with RNG like this.........
you join a party grind fate 2hr no drop. A X person join 15min and get drop. How do you feel serious tell me.

Ok there another content. But you know some people like to clear every single content before new patch come..

Its not even a week since the patch was done and people are already posting pictures of their new Atma weapons. Seems like the drop rate is just fine to me.

Atmas? I'm already seeing a few Animus popping up.

Grinded 8 hours yesterday and no drop. Played for 5 min before work today and got it on the second fate. Now can't wait to get home and try again. Will I get it in 1, 100 or 1000 this time? Absolutely loving the rng. Sure is more exciting than having a quest log any day!

You must be trolling or something. Give me a quest log, a list of things to complete, and I'm happy with even a monotonous grind. Instead of a 1% drop rate on every FATE, someone suggested increasing the drop rate to 20% but making it so you have to farm 100 of them in each zone. I'd be all over that. But this RNG stuff is making me crazy. I need to know when I'll complete something, even if it will take months/years, just let me see an end in sight!

I agree with you.

I found it boring as hell to see the "kill x of y" or something similar in a quests. And it also fail when it comes to immersion of the game world. Tokens also fall into that category for me.

Because is so fun to do fates over and over and over and over until you get your drop. is fun? nice! you can do it 11 more times! ^^. If you feel hardcore enough, go for your 108 atmas!

Umm.. I never said I like fates. I actually dislike the entire concept behind fates.

What I do like is RNG. And well, RNG go hand in hand with RPG.
