Feedback Regarding the Relic Upgrade Quest

Maintenance today has no atma fix, so..... working as intended

It won't be fixed because it doesn't need to be fixed. It needs to be adjusted or handled in a different way. Plus they are dealing with far more important things then to worry about this right now. Don't think just because there is nothing being done now, it can't be dealt with later. If you look on the other forums, the NA side isn't the only one complaining.

I'm five fates away from mine ; ;. Had to take a break this atma grinding is bullcrap. Started with 2392 fates damn near 600 fates done and still not even close to being done ><.

Well I hit 3k fates hours ago. The best part fate 3001 I got an Atma ^^. I have 9/12 But I have been farming for a week no. Spent 2hrs in East Shroud, 2hrs in Middle La, and about an hour in Central Shroud and haven't gotten anything else. I will never upgrade another relic after this, Until the drop rate is fixed.


Also I just wanted to say that I have been seeing a lot of players running around in Allagan Weapons and a few players with the Wave Weapons. And they aren't "Glamours" So I don't think some people know they are suppose to use Zeniths.

I thought playing a game should be fun and stress relief, so far this brings more stress and disappointment to me.

After many hours of farming I decided to stop today, spending 3 days in a zone doing the same thing over and over is not fun, and if this is the way SE is going to implement content to keep people playing, then this game is not for me.

Myself i only have my 2nd atma after well over 80 fates, irritating yes but i will continue on

I honestly wish they had not done the atma fate grinding at ALL. Move it to you get the quest and start on books for your upgrade path from the start....double the amount of books needed - but cut their myth tome cost in half. Still same number of myth tomes needed, but no random number madness and luck based items. Everyone has a clear cut path and can see progression based on how much work they put into it. I tend to be one of those people with bad luck on rare drop items, so I expect it and try not to get my hopes up. Having it be rare drops is not fun, unique or anything else. I have 2 atma, and I am not totally upset about it 'yet' but in about 2 more weeks if I dont have em all I will start getting frustrated badly.

The problem with Atma being fates drop is its entirely RNG with no clear cut progression so it punishes unlucky players.
