Feedback Regarding the Relic Upgrade Quest

I agree, the way they did this was just stupid in my personal opinion, even though i got my atma weapon on patch day i know it was all down to luck and its sort of unfair for the people who cant put the time in. After all the time i am currently doing my 6th book and almost gonna start 7th and too be honest this book is much better than atma farming, I feel as if i am gaining progress on getting my animus.

i think the rng involves how many of a certain atma can be dropped in a 24 hour period. Thus making some people grind for hours pointlessly.

B) (still in central shroud) um... yay? thats awesome. still here in c. shroud tho

A) hang in there. it'll drop soon. I'm gonna head to central thanalan

*20 min pass

A) boom! 3rd atma! get wrecked!

B) WHAT THE *$@* IS THIS @$*# !!! I'M STILL IN CENTRAL SHROUD!! *flips table*

THEY NEED TO INCREASE THIS DAMN DROP RATE! This is freaking bullcrap, over a week and I'm still not done. Pushing 800 fates and damn near 40 hours of grinding.

SE should have enough data by now to do something about this. Some people were done in the 1st 12hrs and here we are a week later and a lot of people that have been farming the whole time still aren't done.

Still? Did you start the quest? Are you using Zenith? How many days have you been at it? Are you only sitting in one zone? Pretty sure you are doing it correctly. I didn't get my 1st Atma until the 3rd day.

This is what I do.. I have two retainers so every hour I go to town check and send them on ventures every hour. I will spend max 2hrs in one zone and I will move to another.

I'm 10/12 this is how my days went

1st/2nd days nothing, 3rd day I got two, 4th day nothing ,5th day three (long day), 6th day two, 7th day three(another long day) and today nothing.

Would love if they kept the RNG but also added code such that as you tick up to a mazimum of 50 FATEs, you get the Atma by your 50th FATE or sooner if the RNG gods smile upon your misery.

There should be some hidden fate tracker and at least 1 in 50 chances. So far my average has been like 1 in 80. But I went a lot more than 80 fates without one.
