Depends on your skill speed.

At minimum skillspeed (341) your gcd should be 2.125 seconds. Since there's no way to get you skill speed this low in full i90 your gcd will be necesarily faster. Though with current theorycrafting it won't be very much faster. 2.05 seconds or somesuch.

The BiS gearset adds only 15 more skill speed to the base value (if you favor det and then crit). So it won't be much different.

That being said, it's perfectly fine to keep all buffs and do the optimal MNK combos anyway.
