It's become a chore to even log on to the game

The reason I rarely log in these days is not because of the content or any if the problems listed by the OP. No, I sparingly log in for one reason only. The crybaby players who play this game. FFXIV:ARR was a great game, until the FFXI refugees poured into the servers en masse.

What have they done you ask? They are trying their damnedest to turn FF14:ARR into FF11:ARR. I hated FF11 in every way possible and the players who love it so much that they want to turn this game into a clone; should return to FF11. The servers are still up and running.

FF14 would of been a great game and a better game had the players from FF11 stayed where they were.
