Shout in Mor Dhona (pre 2.1), make your PF (post 2.1). It's simple, anyone can do it, set their own party rules and expectations and run it.

DF should be a viable way to get things done, just not as quick and easy. PF standards are high as hell and most players have ridiculous standards. They pretty much want fail safe runs. You can make your own pf group but it shouldn't be too much a difference than a df group.
