I have cleared Titan HM on 20 fps with WHM.... Before patch I would be kicked off platform even if I would be out of landslide so I learned to recast after moving... I mean.... I know it is a hard fight for people who have not been used to it or have a bad luck with parties.... Even CT sometimes is impossible to finish due to alliance unable to kill Behemot (not that it requires too much)...
Ofc it is easier to do so with FC group but I know many people who have done without. Average ilvl requirement should be increased though...

Exactly how/why is this a bad thing? If you are able to trade an in game service for in game currency, then by all means do it. Should we start penalizing all player services like gathering items on the market board, or crafted weapons/armor? I mean, it's unfair that they can sell me things I don't want to put effort into to acquire by my own means!
Do you have the data to back up this claim? I see a lot of Titan/relic weapons running around my server, and it is rarer to see a level fifty WITHOUT one of these two equipped.
You pay a subscription fee to access the game in general. What you see or do with your time you pay for is your decision.
If you do not care what one group feels or thinks of an issue, then why should anyone care what you think?
Also: Just because A is bigger than B does not mean B stops existing.
It may be confirmation bias, but as of a week into 2.1, I find it hard to find a group that CAN'T clear Titan HM within their first two attempts. And I've been running this a lot for weapon farming.
So really, either use the party finder option and find a group dedicated enough to beat him, and have done their research or know the fight in general instead of making this kind of complaint on a forum; or use duty finder to random until you find a group to complete it.

Part of the problem is all SE servers for the game are in Europe regardless of what is says, proof being the server time on US servers and I play from europe on a US server but have no lag problems, meanwhile my US comrades constantly complain that they are lagging. No the servers are in Canada. I am in the US with no lag problems. Honestly, people who never had issues with too much latency don't know what they are talking about when they say "you're just bad", "learn to evade", "get a better connection".
Yes, the connection can be bad. Should you have to use an additional service to reduce latency? I'd say no.
There are plenty of games out there without these problems. Games that require quick reflexes and where you have double the latency because your target is not a mob on a server, but another player.
Running around the whole fight is no solution either.
How do you evade an attack which is almost done casting before it even appears on your screen?
I had problems evading attacks before SE increased the number of calls to update your current position (down to 200ms from 300ms if I remember right).
If I didn't move the moment I saw something on the ground, I would get hit, even if I was out of the damage area long before.
Now? I'm doing Titan HM for fun and to help others and I rarely get hit by Weight and never by Landslide or Bombs, no matter which class I play.
So, it's clearly in SE's power to reduce connection-based issues.
I'm not saying this will solve the problems for all players, but there clearly is room for server side improvements.
And I've yet to see a game with a requirement like "minimum: requires a ping lower than 50ms to IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx".
I say SE should just give you an iwin button for any encouter you wish which resets once a week.So every scrub out there stops complaning about being bad and thus not progressing in the game.

Random dude6: This is an optionnal battle, and I will not take into consideration that every group will kick you out if you don't have your relic.
Random dude7: Just dodge.
If you can't beat titan, what are you expecting to beat beyond it? You're gonna be in the exact same predicament you're currently in after you kill Caduceus. Hell, you might have more difficulty with Cad.
improve your reaction times or learn the rotation and how to dodge the bomb patterns if you're serious about getting a kill.
