In which world did people NOT complain about this? I read complains about this until 2.05 was released and the content was no longer mandatory to get myth and you could do WP instand.

To people who don't want to read 12 pages, here's a summary of the thread:
OP:
Titan HM is too hard for average people to beat using DF!
Answers:
Random dude1: Lol ur bad and u shud feel bad.
Random dude2: Ur connection sucks, no SE fault.
Random dude3: It's too easy.
Random dude4: I didn't used DF, I got carried and I was on the floor most of the time during that fight but I will say that you are bad.
Random dude5: I will say that YOU are bad and forget that you mentionned DF and that Titan HM is a full party fight.
Random dude6: This is an optionnal battle, and I will not take into consideration that every group will kick you out if you don't have your relic.
Random dude7: Just dodge.
If you can't beat titan, what are you expecting to beat beyond it? You're gonna be in the exact same predicament you're currently in after you kill Caduceus. Hell, you might have more difficulty with Cad.
improve your reaction times or learn the rotation and how to dodge the bomb patterns if you're serious about getting a kill.
glad i could break up the monotony
I think a lot of people's opinions of this are flavoured by the fact that by the time you're on your 4th or 5th relic run, you tend to be going with premades where several people have relics and myth/allagan and are overgeared for it.
That being said, I got my final relic before 2.1 landed and now people can very easily get i70+ gear averages from loading CT gear, so lack of DPS shouldn't be an excuse anymore.
Titan HM was always designed to be the level where DF fails. Yoshi said before ARR was even released that the top tier of content would be virtually impossible for PUGs.
My advice to OP, get in a FC that helps its members out. Be prepared to help others in whatever way you can and wait for them to do a Titan HM run.
Also, every week that passes is a week where you can get 1 i80 body/leg/feet/hands/head/waist piece and one i90 accessory; do so.
12 pages? Noobs

If the average gamer is unable to hold the directional (or AWSD) after a clear visual hint is given, then I fear for the future of gaming.
Sorry, Titan HM, EX, whatever, is not hard by any means. Titan is far more forgiving than people make it out to be. I've actually died once because I moved out of Weight of the Land, ran in circles and went back to the original position...AND THE AOE WAS STILL THERE. Seriously, there's more than enough time to avoid the damn thing.
The only way you can be hit every time is if you either:
A - completely ignore it thinking "hey, it must be nothing", in which case you deserve to be stuck on Titan
A1- completely fail to pay attention to the screen and don't even see the AoE, in which case you deserve to be stuck on Titan
A2 - Your party was so out of position there was literally nowhere to avoid a certain move. And this is actually nearly impossible to happen, you must be purposedly trying to MPK others so to achieve such perfection. Like making a star pattern with a poor soul in the middle.
or
B - genuinely lag, which, if frequent, leads to
B1- unfortunately, your connection to the servers is bad, I'm afraid you simply can't play this game. SE's fault or your fault, the final result is the same. If it's that bad and you can't fix it, try a single player game. Try another MMO. Try changing ISPs. Just stop ruining the game for others if you're unable to avoid even the simplest of AoEs.
The hardest thing about 100% of the content of this game is finding 7 other people who can do it and put in enough effort to clear it (which for anything but Twintania means 1-2 hours on a single day once strategies are widely known, 3-4 if not, then never ever die again unless something extraordinary happens).
You don't. You (like the majority of the people in this thread) are saying to someone who says that he/she has trouble beating a fight by using DF to improve himself/herself.If you can't beat titan, what are you expecting to beat beyond it? You're gonna be in the exact same predicament you're currently in after you kill Caduceus. Hell, you might have more difficulty with Cad.

You do not take in consideration DF and you assume that this person is not playing correctly.
In short, you are saying that if this person become better, he/she will be able to carry a random team and beat this fight even if his/her teamates are bad.
Most of the anwsers posted in this thread are like your. They ignore the main issue and just blame the OP for being bad while they probably never experienced this fight the way the OP did.
This fight cannot be beaten easily by using DF. Not because *you* are bad, but because the average party will include bad/laggy people, who will drag the whole party down and make the fight impossible to beat by this team, forcing you to roll the dice again and pray in order to find a good group.
Personnal skill is mostly irrelevant. Being an average skilled player is more than enough. Improving helps, but won't change the skill level of your teammates.
Basically, what OP is saying is that the average skill level of a party made by using DF is too low to beat one of the key fight of this game.
And this is true. Most DF group will fail to beat Titan HM.
Fights where you need to move can be fun and engaging, fights where you need to dance are not.
i think you miss the joke
But yea, in titan EX, sometimes after heart phase, if i loose a sec of focus, i somehow will think tic-tac-toe is actually star bombs
