Commendation System: So who get's your vote?

I'm curious of other players way of thinking on this, who do you guys determine worthy of your vote be it DPS, tank or healers?

I'm generally healer, so I scrutinize tanks. They'll get the hearts if they do well and/or "lead" the party.

Otherwise I give commendations based on incredibly specific criteria.

• Were they friendly? Not just "hello" but do we socialize and joke around to some degree?
• Do they help out the first timers? Do they exhibit patience?
• Subligar always get commendations.
• Do they have an "amusing alias?"
• Is their name LITERALLY "Amusing Alias?"
• Anyone from my FC/LS. This actually happened once purely by random.
• Did they invent a particularly creative sob story about why they absolutely need commendations? Hey, I like being entertained!
• I once gave a commendation to a tank because he ran in yelling "For Vanadiel!" Nostalgia hearts.

Mostly, how much are you helping me enjoy the game? That's why we're all here after all, isn't it?
