Whispering dawn will tick for 21 secs, even if you say it is less potent how does it not out heal medica 2 after factoring in rouse which adds 40%. Tested it today and rouse/whispering dawn ticks for more than my divine seal/medica 2 ticks for. Even with the initial heal the fairy aoe is very strong, free and succor should be considered, since more than likely the sch will succor at the same time they pop the aoe heal for maximum effect.
