    yes everything that in the letter will happen before summers ends, but what is in the letter?

    current-"Development of core mechanics for the job system"
    future-"Cost assessment for job system implementation"
    current-"Establish the details of the initial set of jobs and their skills"
    future-"Determine the attributes of each job"
    current-"Development of graphical assets for each job such as equipment"
    future-"Stage by stage implementation of job-specific weapons and armor"

    This means that they are still in the "planning" stage for the entire summer.

    There is no word on "Implementation of the job system" at all, so if you think that job system will be here before summer ends, you will be in for a huge disappointment.
